Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any advertising purchases made on this site whatsoever, save and except for a purchase of The Single Vacancy Package (hereinafter "SVP"), currently $37 per month, for which a refund will be granted only to a purchaser who has already paid for their purchase and meets these specific conditions:
The purchaser of the SVP must send an email requesting a refund to accounting@renters.ca and such email must be received by renters.ca (a division of 3727432 Canada Inc.) within the same calendar day that the SVP was purchased.
